Privacy Policy

StreakMint ("we") is a habit tracker that grades your days with data from Apple Health. This policy explains what the app uses, where it stays, and what leaves your phone.

The short version

• Your Apple Health data stays on your iPhone. We never receive it, store it on a server, sell it, use it for advertising, or put it in iCloud.
• StreakMint only reads from Apple Health. It never writes to it.
• There are no accounts. We don't know your name, email or phone number.
• Purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat with an anonymous ID.
• We send product-analytics events (screens viewed, purchases and trials) to PostHog under an anonymous ID. Never Health data, never linked to who you are.

Apple Health

With your permission, StreakMint reads steps, workouts, sleep and mindful minutes from Apple Health to check the rules in your contract and calculate your Score. This happens on your iPhone. The readings are never sent to us or to anyone else. You can change what StreakMint can read at any time in the Health app → Sharing → Apps → StreakMint.

The only way Health readings leave your phone is if you choose to share a Receipt (an image of a day or week, such as "9,412 steps"). You decide where that image goes.

What's stored on your phone

Your contract (rules, season dates, strictness, your signature and the first name you entered), which days were minted or missed, your check-ins, your Score history and your settings. This is stored locally on your iPhone and is deleted if you delete the app.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold through the App Store. To check whether you have an active subscription we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history from Apple. It does not receive your Health data or your name. Apple's and RevenueCat's privacy policies apply to their handling of purchase data.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone. No push service is involved.

Analytics

StreakMint sends product-analytics events to PostHog, our analytics provider. The events are named actions in the app: screen views (for example, which onboarding screen you saw and the answer you picked), purchase and trial events (a plan was selected, a trial started, a purchase completed), and when the app is opened or closed. Each event carries an anonymous ID generated on your phone, plus the app version and basic device details such as the iOS version. The IP address the events are sent from is used only to deliver the request and is then discarded: no location is derived from it, and it is never stored.

These events never include Health data, your contract, your signature or your first name, and they are never linked to your identity: not to your name, your email, or your Apple Account. We use them only to improve the app, never for advertising, and we don't use them to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Children

StreakMint is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date.
